I am currently on holiday (yay! 😄) - all orders to date have been shipped as normal & will be with you soon. I have decided to leave the shop open & you're very welcome to place orders, provided that you're happy to wait until Wednesday 23rd August to have it posted out. Emails received between now and then will also be dealt with on my return ☺💌

Packaging is sort of a big deal to me - when you receive your order I want you to feel like somebody special - because you are! You can expect a colourful bundle of joy put together with lots of love and care and happy thoughts that I hope will make you smile and will make you feel like a big deal.

I post out your packages twice a week; on Tuesdays and Fridays. The day your order is sent depends on when it is received:

- Orders received after 8pm (UK time) on a Monday through to 8pm on a Thursday are sent out on Friday morning.

- Orders received after 8pm on a Thursday through to 8pm on a Monday are sent out on Tuesday morning.

If you need something to arrive sooner, let me know and I'll do my best to help.

I send all my packages by Royal Mail First Class Post, or Airmail if you're outside The UK, and I charge a flat rate regardless of the value of your order, which I try to keep as low as I can.

In the UK delivery is £1.50

For everywhere else in the world, delivery is £3.95

I get proof of postage for everything I send, but if you'd like the added security of recorded delivery, give me a shout and I can arrange it at an extra cost.

As my items are handmade (and I'm a one woman operation!) I don't offer a returns service unless an item is faulty, so please do be sure you really love your item before you order it - have a good look at the photos and ask any questions you like.

I put a great deal of care into making sure your items arrive in perfect condition, but of course once they hit the postal system, they're out of my hands. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with me as soon as you can & we'll get it sorted out.
